EASY WAYS TO PAY YOUR INSURANCE PREMIUMS
If your insurance premium is payable directly to an insurance carrier, please click on our Direct Bill option to be taken to our carrier websites to assist you in making an online payment directly to them. All other options are for when your insurance premium is due to Ives Insurance Brokers Ltd. If you are unsure who your insurance premium is payable to, please contact your Account Manager at Ives Insurance Brokers for assistance.
Direct Bill Payments
Use this option if your payment is due directly to an insurance carrier.
Cheque
Cheque payable to Ives Insurance Brokers
Mailed to: P.O. Box 369, Essex, ON N8M 2Y4
Your insurance premium may be paid by one of the following options:
- Full-pay on effective date
- Two-pay option
1/2 on effective date, 1/2 in 30 days - Three-pay option:
1/3 on effective date, 1/3 in 30 days, 1/3 in 60 days
E-Transfer
Interac e-transfer payment for your insurance premium using the following steps:
- Using your online banking select the e-transfer option
- Add Ives Insurance Brokers as a payee, using the email address: ivesetransfer@ivesinsurance.com
We use AutoDeposit, so no password is required - Within the message/notes field reference your customer number, policy number or invoice number
Online Bill Pay
To pay your insurance premium via online bill pay from your bank account, please choose “Ives Insurance Brokers” and use your customer number (letters and numbers only, no special characters) as your account number.
Credit Card
To pay your insurance premium by credit card please click the button below and follow the instructions. Please click on No Policy Payments ID? , if you do not have one.
We accept both Visa and MasterCard.
*A 3% fee paid to a third-party vendor is applied.
